The Annapolis Overlook Parking Rules and Regulations allow for only two (2) parking parking passes per unit, however, ALL vehicles must be registered with the Association. Please note: only those registered vehicles WITH A VISABLE PARKING PASS are allowed to park inside the Courts. Cars without parking passes can only be parked on Cobblestone Drive. Violators of the Parking Rules and Regulations are subject to towing. OWNERS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM YOUR TENANTS AND/OR GUESTS OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
