Board of Directors

Annapolis Overlook Condominiums Association, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors.The Board is comprised of unit owners elected by majority vote of the members of the Association. Elections for Board members are held at each Annual Meeting. Each member serves a three-year term upon election. The Board of Directors serves voluntarily without compensation.

The Board of Directors oversees all aspects of community operations. The Board meets monthly with the Management Company, which handles the day-to-day affairs of the Association. Members are invited to attend all Board of Directors’ meetings .
